Yeah! We never thought we’d be writing about Willie Nelson’s hair either

When you think of Willie Nelson, you probably think pot smokin’ country singer with a bandanna and long braids. Well Will has made a change and it certainly does not involve his courting of the cannabis. The 77 year old has put his pigtails out to pasture. Now he sports a bob and looks like he could actually use another visit to the barber’s chair. Nelson’s spokesperson says livin’ the good life in the beaches of Hawaii brought about a hang loose lifestyle for the warbling wonder and the long locks were probably just too much maintenance. Willie could care less about all the hair hooplah . He just wants to play music and roll a few doobies. Nelson is making more headlines. A street in Austin, Texas will soon be named after him. Willie Nelson Boulevard will be set along Second Street in the downtown neighborhood. The busy beav’s “On the Road Again” Tour takes him to Europe this summer and through several U.S. cities through October.
