Reese Witherspoon knows a thing or two about massive stardom. The late ’90s she shined brighter than most actors of her time in movies like “Pleasantville” and “Election.”
She can make sense of the non-stop mayhem surrounding Robert Pattinson, her immensely popular co-star in “Water for Elephants.”
“The only thing I can compare it to is when Leo [DiCaprio] was in ‘Titanic,’ ” she told MTV News recently. “It was that kind of fervor about a person. The women lining up outside the set — it was just unbelievable — till 5 o’clock in the morning waiting to just glimpse him.”
Witherspoon who is no stranger to big fame and success at a young age had her own expert views. Afterall, she worked closely with Rpattz on the new film and the two even shared an on-screen kiss.”
Promoting her “How Do You Know” movie, she confesses to MTV about Pattinson: “He is extraordinarily attractive. I’m not gonna lie,” she said.
“Robert is such a great guy from a great family,” she explained. “That’s the thing that’s so funny. He’s not really this bad boy; he’s just a great guy and really worked hard on ‘Water For Elephants’. He really worked long hours, long days. He looks totally different in the movie.”
“How Do You Know” hits theatres on Dec 17, 2010
