Michelangelo Ristorante: the art of good food

I think it was director Francis Ford Coppola who once said ‘the way to his heart is through his stomach.’ We believe him. Afterall, the man owns a great line of Coppola food products: wine, pasta, and a variety of sauces to accompany an Italian dish. Oh yeah, he is a pretty awesome filmmaker too.

Safe to say a favorite eatery that went straight to our hearts (through our tummy) is Michelangelo Ristorante – a stylish, charming peace of heaven in a cozy corner in Silver Lake, CA. It is a pleasant culinary experience making returning customers out of most people. Since 1997, the chefs committed to fresh ingredients, delicious dishes, and a quality, friendly service. This family-owned and operated restaurant and pizzeria is a popular spot for the area residents, a great place for date night, and impressing friends and family. It is also a great choice for business lunches with reasonable prices and a quality food you will not forget. Michelangelo offers a menu full of fresh home made pasta, thin crust pizzas and other Southern Italian dishes – all made on the premises, all from organic ingredients. No wonder it’s called Michelangelo. Food is an art with these folks.

BNH recommends: Reservation and taking chef’s / waiter’s advice on nightly specials.
