The star power keeps getting stronger. Just announced, Justin Bieber and Zac Efron will also take the stage as presenters at this Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards.
The stylishly groomed heartthrobs will join a long list of big names such as Steve Carell, Julianne Moore, Michelle Pfeiffer, Andrew Garfield, and Robert Downey Jr.
“Twilight” hunk, Robert Pattison, along with other Globe faves, Sandra Bullock, Helen Mirren and Kevin Spacey will also be presenting this year. Matt Damon (“True Grit”) has been confirmed to presenting the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime-achievement award to screen icon Robert De Niro.
This year the big contender is “The King’s Speech,” the English period piece about King George VI and overcoming his speech impediment, up for seven awards, including Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Director and Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture (Drama category)
“The Kids Are All Right,” “The Fighter,” “Black Swan” and “The Social Network” also in line for a golden win.
Fox’s “Glee” leads the TV pack with 5 nominations for Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical, with Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch from the show receiving nods for acting duties. Other awards show favorites “30 Rock” and “Mad Men” are also up for trophies.
Hosted by funny man Ricky Gervais, the Golden Globes airs live, this Sunday, Jan 16, at 8 p.m. ET.
