We are used to seeing Sean Bean playing the tough guy on film. But we learned recently that the star of HBO’s Game of Thrones is equally bad-ass in real life.
The Daily Mail reports that While out on a date on Sunday evening, at the Hill Bar in North West side of London, the 52-year-old actor finally confronted a bar fly who kept shouting rude comments at his 22-year-old companion, model April Summers. Yes, the date being 30 years younger than the ruggedly handsome movie Mr. Bean. Respex!!!
To defend his lady’s honor, Bean stood up, walked over and ended up following the disrespectful bar patron out and away from the area.
But the offender came back later that night finding the couple outside the bar, during a cigarette break. There, he punched the actor in the face and then stabbed him in the arm with a broken glass before running away.
But what’s a bloody open cut for agent 006 from “Goldeneye” (1995, James Bond film)?
Instead of rushing to the hospital for treatment, Bean walked back into the joint where he proceeded to treat his own wound with the first aid kit available at the bar. He then ordered another drink, and enjoyed the rest of his evening. No news about the attacker, or where he went. But boy, did he pick on the wrong guy to mess with?
