DiCap’s got (crazy) female trouble…, and not just one!

Leonardo DiCaprio won a temporary restraining order against a woman who claims to be his wife and carrying his baby. According to a report by AP, Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted the order Wednesday against the Chicagoan Livia Bistriceanu (41).

“Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy,” DiCaprio wrote in a sworn declaration. We feel you, Leo!

An e-mail message was sent on Friday to Bistriceanu in hopes of a comment, but was no replies so far.

DiCaprio’s request included statements from the actor and his security team claiming Bistriceanu had traveled from Chicago to Los Angeles at least twice to try to meet DiCaprio at his home and at place of business (does this mean the koo koo woman went got on a movie set?)

Oh yeah, and apparently, she refused to leave the properties and acted aggressively, according to court papers filed.

The A-list actor wrote: “has evidenced a willingness to make physical contact with me regardless of the consequences.” Get this she has sent Leo handwritten letters, some of which were attached to Leo’s request for the restraining order. It doesn’t end there. One letter included the greeting, “Dear husband Leo,” and contained statements that Bistriceanu believed DiCaprio was the father of baby Jesus. OK, that’s just psycho babble. Speaking of which, according to documents Bistriceanu has been placed on a psychological hold…, twice!

You’d think Leo and the legal system can find a little calm now that papers have been filled and ongoing efforts have been taken to keep such looney-tunes away from the talented actor. But Nooooo!

On Thursday, another woman was ordered to stand trial on a charge of slashing (WTF?) DiCaprio’s face with a piece of glass during a party in 2005. Aretha Wilson pleaded not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon after being returned to Los Angeles from her native Canada.

DiCaprio suffered injuries to his face and neck. Scary!!!
