Celebrated and adored by millions, Diana was the Queen of people’s hearts, yet the bittersweet story of the last man to truly capture hers has never been told. Dubbed as the most famous woman in the world, Princess Diana inspired a nation with her generosity, compassion and kindness – and in her final years she would meet the man, Dr. Hasnat Kahn, a surgeon, who in turn inspired her. Directed by German director Oliver Hirschbiegel (“The Invasion,” and “Downfall”), the biopic focuses on the last two years of her life, after divorcing Prince Charles. With its world premiere slated for this September, in London, “Diana” will arrive in theaters on Sept. 20, 2013.
